Absolutely! Our gift cards are a fun and flexible way to surprise your loved ones.
You can choose:

• A custom-value gift voucher for any amount you like, or
• A game-specific voucher, priced according to our regular escape room pricing.

They’re valid for all our games and make awesome last-minute gifts!

Yes, you can!

• Cancel at least 72 hours in advance to get a full refund.
• Cancel between 48–72 hours before your game to get a 50% refund.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before your booking, unfortunately, no refund is offered.
• Note: No-shows aren’t eligible for refunds.

Definitely!

• If you reschedule 48+ hours before your booking, it’s free.
• If you reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, there’s a 25% rescheduling fee.
• In serious cases—like severe weather or natural disasters—we’ll either reschedule at no cost or give you a full refund.

• For groups of 8 or more, cancel at least 5 days in advance to get a full refund.
• For special events/private parties, custom policies apply—they’ll be shared with you during booking.

Yes!

• Pay online: Your confirmation email is your ticket.
• Pay at the venue: No advance deposit is required. Pay in full when you arrive.

Absolutely! Just bring them along. As long as the room capacity and staff availability allow, we’ll make it work. If your group is too large for one room, we’ll divide you into two teams in separate rooms. However, payment for all additional players must be made before the game begins.
